At Mizuno, you can return items up to 30 days after receiving your order. The following conditions apply:
The item must be complete, undamaged, and unused.
Online orders can be returned free of charge via a Mizuno store or a DHL ServicePoint.
Store Purchases: Shoes purchased in a physical store cannot be returned via mail; they must be returned to the store.
How do I return my online order?
To return an online order, you must register your return through our online portal. We no longer use the "return-on-same-label" system.
Register: Go to www.mizuno.eu/returns and follow the steps to register your return.
Get your Label: Once registered, you will receive a return shipping label.
Pack your items: Preferably use the original box. Attach the new shipping label over the old one.
Drop off: Hand over your package at a DHL ServicePoint. You will receive a proof of delivery via SMS or email; please keep this safe.
How do I exchange or return in-store?
You can exchange or return your online order free of charge at any Mizuno store.
Bring the items in their original packaging.
Exchanges: Online orders can only be exchanged for a different size or item in-store.
Refunds (Retourpinnen): You can receive your refund immediately via "retourpinnen" (a reversed PIN transaction). After the store employee processes the return, you insert your debit card into the terminal. The amount will typically appear in your account within 1 to 2 business days.
Note: If you paid via Klarna or PayPal, the refund will still be processed through those providers (as a credit to your invoice or PayPal balance) even if returned in-store.
Refund Information
Once our warehouse receives and assesses your return, we will process your refund.
Timeframe: Refund is issued as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of withdrawal.
Shipping Costs: If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will be refunded. If you return only part of the order, shipping costs are not refunded.
Payment Method: We refund via the original payment method. If you used a VVV Gift Card or FashionCheque, that portion is refunded to the bank account used for the remaining balance (this may take 1–2 days longer).
