Are the displayed amounts inclusive or exclusive of VAT? 

All amounts displayed on Vegro.nl are inclusive of VAT.

How can I pay in the (web)store?

• Online: You can pay with iDEAL and credit card. For loan aids, the payment is handled via your health insurance.

• In Vegro stores: You can pay with your bank card or cash.

How can I change or cancel an order?

• For loan and rental items: You can cancel or change your order by phone or chatbot. This is possible until the moment the product has been delivered to you.

• For purchased items (for sale): You can cancel or change your order by phone or chatbot. This is no longer possible once the order has been shipped.

Do I need to create an account to order? 

If you wish to borrow aids from Vegro via your health insurance or if you want to rent them, you must create an account. This is not necessary for buying a product.

There are advantages to creating an account: you can view and modify your personal details and you have easy access to your order history for purchased items.

Can I get personal advice with my choice? 

Yes, you can. You can receive personal advice in one of our care stores, where our specialists will gladly help you. If you prefer to try out an aid in your own environment? Our advisor will be happy to visit you at home. View the possibilities here.

Additionally, it is of course possible to receive advice by phone from our customer service. This way, you always receive advice that suits your situation.

How does the payment work for an aid that I rent or borrow?

• For loan items: The aids you borrow are reimbursed by your health insurer. Vegro handles the complete administration for you, so you don't have to worry about it yourself.

• For rental items: We invoice every four weeks. Any deposit paid for a product will be settled on the final invoice. You will receive the invoice every four weeks via email or post, depending on the contact details known to us.

Can I order an aid for someone else? 

Yes, you can also borrow an aid for someone else, for example, if you are a informal caregiver or occupational therapist. For this, we do need some details about the person for whom the aid is intended, such as date of birth, address, and medical information. This ensures that the correct aid reaches the correct person.
