Common Causes & Solutions

1. Check Canister Installation
   Ensure the scent canister is properly aligned and securely fitted inside the device. Remove and reinsert if necessary to confirm.

2. Power Supply & Settings

• For plug-in models, confirm the device is firmly connected to a power outlet and the outlet is functioning.
• Check your spray interval settings; longer intervals mean less frequent sprays.

3. Spray Nozzle Blockage
   Occasionally, the nozzle could get clogged. Try pressing the nozzle gently with a clean cloth or running a small needle carefully through it to clear any blockage.

1. How to Replace the Canister

• Open the front cover of the Airwick device.
• Remove the empty canister by pulling it straight out.
• Insert a new canister firmly into place until you hear it click (see image above).
• Close the cover and wait a few minutes for the spray to activate.

• Position the device at about 5 to 7 feet high in a well-ventilated area.
