Here we explain how to change a delivery address, what to do if changes are not possible, and answer other frequently asked questions, such as how to track your order and how to cancel an order.


1. How do I change the delivery address of my order?

You can change the delivery address of your order as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Follow the steps below to update your address:

  1. Log in to your account:
    Go to our website and log in to your account via the Login option.

  2. Open your order overview:
    Click on My Orders to view a list of your recent purchases.

  3. Select the order you want to update:
    Click on the order for which you wish to change the delivery address.

  4. Check the status of your order:
    If the status of your order is Processing, you can still update the delivery address.

  5. Update the delivery address:
    Click on Change Delivery Address and enter the new address. Make sure to double-check all details before saving.

Note: If the order has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address via our platform. See the steps below for further assistance.


2. What to do if changing the delivery address is not possible?

If you can no longer change the delivery address, for example, because the order has already been processed or shipped, you can submit a request through our web form. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the web form:
    /hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=4706894707997 to access our web form.

  2. Fill in your details:

    • Your order number
    • The original delivery address
    • The desired new delivery address
    • A brief explanation of your request
  3. Submit your request:
    After completing the form, click Submit. Our team will contact you within 24 hours.

Important: While we will do our best to process your request, we cannot guarantee changes for orders that are already on their way.


3. How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is simple via our website:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. Click on the order you want to track.
  3. View the shipping status and click the tracking link to see real-time updates from the carrier.

4. How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel an order, you can do so as long as it has not yet been shipped. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account:
    Go to My Orders.

  2. Select the order you wish to cancel:
    Click on the order and check its status.

  3. Click on 'Cancel Order':
    If the order has not yet been shipped, you will see the option Cancel. Click on it and confirm the cancellation.

  4. Receive a confirmation email:
    You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Note: If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can still use our return process.
