Is there a 5-year warranty on all products?

When you purchase any item from us, you are entitled to the legal warranty that is mandated by law. This legal warranty means that a product must perform as a consumer can reasonably expect it to. In addition to this, certain products may also come with a manufacturer's warranty. It is important to note that this manufacturer's warranty does not diminish or replace the legal warranty that you receive.

What do I need to do to receive the 5-year warranty?

If you purchase a participating product, there are no additional steps you need to take. The 5-year warranty is automatically included with your purchase. You can find the details of your 5-year warranty listed on your invoice, providing you with clear documentation of your warranty coverage.

Will I have to pay anything extra for the 5-year warranty?

No, you will not incur any additional charges for the 5-year warranty. It is provided to you completely free of charge and is automatically included with your qualifying purchase.

How can I verify that I have a 5-year warranty?

You can verify your 5-year warranty by checking the invoice that lists the product you purchased. One condition for qualifying for the 5-year warranty is that the product's serial number must be registered. This serial number will also be included on your invoice if you made your purchase in-store. For online orders, the serial number will be indicated on the digital packing slip, ensuring that you have the necessary information to confirm your warranty status.

I would like to claim my warranty, but I do not see a serial number on my invoice.

Currently, for online orders, the serial number is located on the packing slip rather than on the invoice itself. If you are looking to claim your warranty, please refer to the packing slip for the necessary serial number.

Can the 5-year warranty be applied retroactively to previous orders?

No, the 5-year warranty cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. This warranty is tied to specific products and can only be added at the time of purchase for participating products starting from November 1, 2023. Therefore, if you made a purchase before this date, it will not qualify for the 5-year warranty.
