What are the warranty conditions?

  • In order to make a warranty claim, the end user must be able to submit a dated purchase invoice with the device.
  • If the purchase invoice cannot be submitted, the warranty period will be determined from the date on which the equipment is delivered from the warehouse.
  • The manufacturer's warranty means that no costs will be charged for the repair for both labor and used parts.
  • A repair and/or replacement during the warranty period does not lead to an extension of the warranty period, neither for the replaced part nor for the entire device.

The following items are excluded from the guarantee:

  • The instructions for use have not been consulted (operating errors).
  • A defect is the result of external causes (located outside the device), for example lightning, overvoltage, liquid damage or fire, etc.
  • Intervention or act of third parties.
  • The warranty stickers are damaged.
  • Repairs have been carried out by parties other than Lydis.
  • Information on the device's origin label has been removed or changed.
  • Batteries
