I can't finalize my order. How is this possible?

Check the following two things:

  1. Does your order meet the minimum order amount of €50? When this amount is not reached, it is not possible to complete the order. 
  2. Are you logged in to your account? If this is not the case, you can't complete your order.

Is your order amount higher than €50 and are you logged in to your account, but are you still unable to pay for your order? Please contact us by phone, via our web form or email (support@customerx.com)
