Check the following two things:
- Does your order meet the minimum order amount of €50? When this amount is not reached, it is not possible to complete the order.
- Are you logged in to your account? If this is not the case, you can't complete your order.
Is your order amount higher than €50 and are you logged in to your account, but are you still unable to pay for your order? Please contact us by phone, via our web form or email (support@customerx.com)
