Ski Slope / Ski Passes
Do I need to make a reservation for open skiing?
For open skiing and snowboarding, you must reserve a time slot online. Please note: a surcharge of €3 per ticket applies at the box office. Payment at the box office is only possible via debit card (PIN).
Can I go tubing or sledding?
Tubing is available at all Dutch locations (except Amsterdam) and in Antwerp. Sledding is only permitted in Terneuzen; for safety reasons, bringing your own sled is not allowed.
I want to change my visit date and/or time slot. How do I do this?
You can easily change your visit date or time slot by contacting us at +31 (0)85 902 0606 or by emailing information@snowworld.com. This can be done up to one hour before your visit and is only possible for a new date within the same season. You will need your booking number and the email address used for the order. Note: This is only possible up to 60 minutes before your visit. No date changes can be made for tickets that have expired, been canceled, or refunded.
How long is a ski pass valid?
Our ski passes are date and time-specific. Below is an overview of validity per type:
Tickets from external partners: Valid until the date indicated (see promotional terms).
Tickets bought at the SnowWorld box office: Only valid on the day of purchase.
Online tickets via snowworld.com: Only valid on the chosen date and time slot.
Overtime: Standard 5 minutes of free overtime applies to all tickets; after that, a rate of €0.35 per minute applies.
Early Entry: It is not possible to enter before your booked time slot.
Late Arrival: If you are later than your reserved time, please contact us by phone at +31 (0)85 902 0606.
Is equipment included in the ticket, or did you forget to reserve it?
No, equipment is not included. You can easily make an additional booking for equipment only in the ticket shop by selecting the "Rent equipment" (Materiaal huren) option.
Is a helmet mandatory?
SnowWorld enforces a helmet policy at all locations. All guests entering the slope are required to wear a helmet. Don't own one? SnowWorld provides a SINNER helmet free of charge. 🪖
Does my ski pass time keep running if I leave the slope?
When you temporarily leave the slope, the timer on your ski pass (2h, 4h, or 8h) stops. When you re-enter the slope, the timer resumes. You can safely leave the slope for a break without losing time on your pass.
Can I also snowboard at SnowWorld?
Certainly! You can use your own snowboard or rent one from us. 🏂
Can I go onto the slope as a spectator/companion?
You can only enter the slope with a valid ski pass. If you want to accompany children, a partner, or family, you must have a ski pass yourself and be skiing or snowboarding. Alternatively, you can watch the slopes from the heated slope bar while enjoying a delicious drink. ☕❄️
Do you have enough equipment in stock?
We always have plenty of equipment in stock!
Lessons and Courses
I booked a lesson and want to reschedule?
Rescheduling a lesson is possible up to 24 hours before the start. Please call +31 (0)85 902 0606. If your lesson is within 24 hours, the option to reschedule expires and we can only cancel it. In this case, regardless of the reason, we offer a refund of 50% of the purchase price.
I booked a lesson and want to cancel?
We recommend canceling at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start, we offer:
Moving the appointment to another date/time (subject to availability).
Creating an online credit valid for one year at our branches in NL and BE.
A full refund of the purchase price. If canceled within 24 hours, these options expire and a 50% refund is offered instead.
I have a credit for a lesson or tickets, how do I use it?
You can use credits for lessons and courses in the lesson module. Need help? You can find a step-by-step guide here.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
You can book a make-up lesson at a reduced rate (€41.95) or use your ski pass for open skiing. Note: A make-up lesson can only be scheduled if you canceled before the start of the original lesson and is subject to availability. This must take place before the next scheduled course lesson.
Can I take a private lesson with multiple people?
Yes, you can participate with up to 4 people. We advise booking for participants of the same level and age group. There is an additional charge of €15 per extra participant.
Can one lesson provide both ski and snowboard instruction?
Unfortunately, no. You must choose between skiing or snowboarding per lesson. If you want to learn both, you need to book two separate lessons. ⛷️+🏂
